Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes per piece.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
