Holmes Chamber accepting Business of the Year nominations
The Holmes County Chamber of Commerce wants to know where to cast the spotlight on a deserving local business at its upcoming annual benefit dinner.
The 2022 Annual Dinner & Auction benefiting the Chamber will be held Thursday, Nov. 3 at Dogwood Lakes Golf Club. As part of the program, the event will celebrate award winners in three categories: Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year and Leadership Award. Nominations are currently open through Oct. 27.
The Business of the Year is a building or product expansion that creates a positive impact on the local business community by generating new jobs, increasing sales or enhancing aesthetic value of the property.
The Entrepreneur of the Year award will go to a standout entrepreneur who has taken the risk of starting a business while demonstrating success and community involvement.
The Leadership Award will be presented to an individual who demonstrates a positive impact on workplace culture, community service and professional achievement.
The event will begin with a networking reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by the dinner program at 6:30 p.m. Prizes will be auctioned and the Business of the Year winners will be recognized.
Tickets are $40 for individuals, $350 for a table of eight, and $550 for Dinner Sponsorship which includes table of eight with premier seating plus advertising placements.
