FC Fiore Indian Cuisine recently held their grand opening and ribbon cutting on Wednesday, May 15 in Bonifay. The buffet and dine-in restaurant has received praise and compliments, both on the service and kitchen sides. 

Fiore is open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. The restaurant is owned by Miron Shariff and managed by LaWanda Philpotts. In addition to menu items and buffet service, Fiore also offers in-store pickup for lunch and dinner.

From Boba tea to Clay Oven meals, Fiore has various menu items for every customer that stops by.

“We ate yesterday off of the buffet and it was excellent,” Holmes County Chamber of Commerce Coordinator Donna Meldon said. “We are excited about this fine cultural dining experience in our community.”
