Jamie Jordan, a 17-year-old senior at Holmes County High School, has been honored as the Student-Athlete of the Week by the Holmes County Advertiser. Jamie has excelled as a versatile volleyball player, playing as a setter, right-side hitter, and defensive specialist (DS) for her school’s volleyball team.
In addition to her contributions on the court, Jamie is actively involved with Deep South Volleyball Club and is a dedicated member of Grace Church, where she engages with her community outside of sports.
Jamie is the daughter of Brandi and Scotty Jordan, who have been steadfast supporters throughout her athletic journey. Looking ahead, Jamie plans to continue her volleyball career at the collegiate level, though she has yet to decide where she will play. She also plans to pursue a degree in sports education, combining her passion for athletics with her future professional goals.

Bradley Garrett, a 17-year-old senior at Holmes County High School, has been recognized as the Student-Athlete of the Week by the Holmes County Advertiser. Bradley is a multi-sport athlete, excelling in both football and baseball. On the football field, he plays wide receiver and cornerback, while on the baseball diamond, he contributes as a pitcher and outfielder.
Bradley is also actively involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where he demonstrates his leadership and commitment to his faith. His athleticism and dedication have earned him a baseball scholarship to Northwest Florida State College, where he plans to continue his baseball career while pursuing a degree in engineering.
Bradley is the son of Mark Garrett and Brandi Worthy, who have supported him throughout his athletic and academic journey.
