Pepper Town Market recently donated $402 to the Holmes Council on Aging, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to serving local senior citizens.
The contribution from Pepper Town Market will directly impact the lives of elderly community members, a news release from the Council on Aging said.
The funds will be used to enhance programs, improve facilities, and provide essential services to seniors in need.
“We believe in the importance of supporting our seniors, who have contributed so much to our town,” Pepper Town Market owner Emily Locke said. “This donation is a small token of our gratitude.”
Michael Brown, executive director of Holmes Council on Aging, Inc. said they are “incredibly grateful” to Pepper Town Market for their generosity.
“This contribution will allow us to expand our services and continue supporting our seniors during these challenging times,” Brown said.
