Rohan Anderson named DMH CEO

Rohan Anderson

Rohan Anderson, a veteran of Doctors Memorial Hospital (DMH) leadership roles, has taken over as the hospital’s new Chief Executive Officer.

The hospital’s Board of Trustees appointed a committee to oversee the search for a new CEO following the departure of former CEO, Dr. Huy Nguyen last year.

“The search was nationwide and comprehensive,” said Board Chair, Cynthia Brooks. “Multiple candidates were evaluated, including objective scoring and interviews. Rohan has extensive comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology and served as Chief Operations Officer for the past four years, responsible for the daily operations of the hospital.”

“Rohan also has earned the respect of the employees, providers and Board of Trustees,” added Brooks. “The committee determined that Rohan Anderson was the most qualified candidate with his extensive knowledge of DMH and its employees.”

The Board of Trustees agreed, voting unanimously to offer him the position of CEO.

Anderson expressed his appreciation for the new role.

“It has been a great honor to work at DMH for many years and serve the wonderful people in our area,” said Anderson. “I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve as CEO at an organization that is committed to providing compassionate, quality healthcare for our community.”
