Carroll for Bonifay City Council Seat 3

Hello, my name is Shelley Carroll (Raines), and I am a candidate for Bonifay City Council Seat 3. I’ve been a resident of Bonifay for the past 20 years with my husband, Shannon Carroll, and our son, Charlie. 

I attended Holmes County High School and graduated with the class of 2003. After graduation, I worked with the Department of Corrections here in Holmes County until our son was born in 2017. I currently work as an accountant supervisor for the State of Florida.

If elected, my goals are to promote growth and transparency in our great city working closely with my fellow council members to reduce our budget and stop frivolous spending, as well as establish budget transparency. I will work to bring accountability within all city departments and all business conducted in a professional manner and within legal guidelines.

I will work to earn your respect and trust and restore your faith in a city official. I will always listen to each of your concerns and do my best to bring a fair and balanced approach to each issue. I will be your voice!

I will work every day to grow the image and reputation of Bonifay into the positive, flourishing, welcoming city we all know and love.
