Warrant service by Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 19 landed four behind bars.
A search warrant was obtained by HCSO for a residence on Hamlin Street, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Three of the home’s occupants, Richard Pettit, Jennifer Kirkland, and Jackson Wright, were confirmed to have active warrants. A fourth occupant, Nathan Sandlin, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Sandlin is also under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections.
During the search, deputies found methamphetamine and several items of drug paraphernalia in a bedroom. Wright informed deputies that he was the only occupant of the bedroom, according to HCSO.
All parties were arrested on the outstanding warrants. Nathan Sandlin was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson Wright was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
