A Chipley woman is in jail on multiple drug charges after a traffic stop by Holmes County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 17, HCSO initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Michelle Gay, of Chipley, for a traffic infraction while driving on Highway 90.
As deputies spoke with Gay, K-9 Lasso conducted a free air sniff and gave a positive alert to the presence of narcotics. A search of the vehicle found a marijuana cigarette, a pipe containing methamphetamine and a small baggy containing marijuana.
Gay is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
