Charles Harris Arrested for Fentanyl Possession in Ponce de Leon

Charles Harris now faces charges for possession of Fentanyl, in addition to the charges associated with an outstanding warrant for illegal narcotics activity.

On June 24, 2024, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigator apprehended Charles Harris in connection with ongoing investigations into illegal narcotic activities and pursuant to an outstanding warrant.

Upon arrival at the designated location in Ponce de Leon, the investigator engaged Harris, who was subsequently taken into custody without incident. A subsequent search of Harris’s person revealed Fentanyl pills concealed in his wallet.

Charles Harris now faces charges for possession of Fentanyl, in addition to the charges associated with the outstanding warrant. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue their efforts to combat illegal narcotic distribution in the region.
