While returning from a medical transport to Gulf Coast, a Holmes County EMS unit encountered a serious vehicle crash on Highway 77 in Bay County and rendered immediate aid.
According to Holmes County EMS, the crew witnessed the incident unfold and stopped to assist. Upon arrival, EMS personnel began treating multiple individuals involved in the crash, including three trauma alert patients. They provided critical care on scene until additional emergency response units arrived.
The incident highlights the role of EMS crews in providing immediate medical assistance, even when outside of their home jurisdiction.
