A search warrant executed on April 11 led to the arrest of a Holmes County man on multiple drug charges. Deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office searched a residence on Welding Road as part of an ongoing methamphetamine investigation.
According to the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, during the search, authorities discovered over 19 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The homeowner, James Cook, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
