Tax collector with roots in Holmes County recognized for financial prowess

 

Walton County Tax Collector Rhonda Skipper, whose parents are lifelong residents of Holmes County, was recently recognized by the Florida Tax Collector’s Association for financial diligence and level of customer service.

Skipper and her financial team received several consecutive Legacy Awards for Financial Operations from the FTCA.
