Bonifay Fire and Rescue has busy Sunday

Bonifay Fire and Rescue responded to two separate incidents during the early hours of Sunday.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 90 near Boswell Road. Fortunately, no injuries were reported at the scene.

Later, just before 8:00 a.m., the department addressed a roadway obstruction on Highway 173 near Cody Taylor Lane caused by a fallen tree. Fire personnel managed traffic and safely cleared the roadway before returning to service.
