The following groups were formally honored:
Holmes County High School Girls’ Weightlifting Team, for qualifying for the FHSAA State Championship. Senior lifter Emma Meredith was also recognized individually for capturing a state title during the meet.

In addition to student recognitions, David Williams, aerospace instructor at Bethlehem High School, was commended for receiving the Embry-Riddle Gaetz Aerospace Career Academy’s Instructor of the Year Award for the Panhandle region. The award was presented during the recent Embry-Riddle Conference, celebrating Williams’ excellence in aviation and STEM education.
