FDOH offering mobile COVID vaccine clinic
HOLMES COUNTY Florida Department of Health Holmes County is offering a mobile vaccination clinic in Bonifay and Ponce de Leon.
The clinic will be at the site of the Holmes County Agricultural Center in Bonifay (1177 East Hwy 90) from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, April 23.
The clinic will also be offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 25 and Sunday, May 2 at Northside Baptist Church, located at 2831 N. Hwy 81 in Ponce de Leon.
All individuals over the age of 18 are eligible. Those 16 and 17 years of age are eligible with parental consent.
