A Holmes County man is in custody after being picked up on a warrant in Noma on April 19.
The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that Steven Watford, who had an active warrant, was at a residence in Noma.
Deputies arrived at the residence and took Watford into custody. A search of his person found a small bag containing methamphetamine in his pocket.
Watford is charged with possession of methamphetamine and the outstanding warrant.
