By KINSLEY COOKThe town of Ponce de Leon recently marked October 8 for their annual election; however, the three empty seats will be filled without any polls. Four individuals collected qualification packets, and three submitted them by the deadline.
Johnny Sutton, William Glenister, and Ashley Johnson qualified during the second week of September and will fill all 3 seat positions. Each council member will serve a term of 2 years and will fill the council roles the first of January 2025.
