Holmes County VPKs recognized for excellence

On Wednesday, October 1, three Holmes County Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs received special recognition from the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Northwest Florida for achieving “Above Expectations” for the 2025-2025 school year. The Florida Department of Education annually evaluates VPK programs based on three key components: quality of instruction, student achievement, and learning gains.
