A routine traffic stop turned into a drug arrest after Holmes County Sheriff’s deputies discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a vehicle search, according to a release from the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office.
On July 26, 2025, a deputy was dispatched to investigate a report of a reckless driver traveling along Highway 177-A. After locating the vehicle in question, the deputy initiated a traffic stop.
During the encounter, the deputy developed probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle. That search led to the discovery of a bag containing methamphetamine along with multiple methamphetamine pipes.
The occupants of the vehicle, identified as Tina Weinrich and Sean Uhl, were taken into custody and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
