On October 28, investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Holiday Road to investigate reports of stolen property.
Upon arrival, investigators obtained consent to search the home. During the search, deputies located several firearms and a quantity of methamphetamine.
Two individuals staying at the residence, identified as Anthony Burgess and Crystal Epley, were taken into custody.
Epley was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burgess, a convicted felon, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
