Bonifay Fire-Rescue hosts annual Awards Banquet

Bonifay Fire-Rescue hosted its annual Christmas Party and Awards Banquet Friday, December 12, celebrating the dedication and service of its members. The evening featured food, fellowship, and recognition of firefighters who went above and beyond throughout the year. Joshua Myers received the Service Over Self Award, while Zachary Sellers was honored with the Pride Protecting People Award. Jack Griffiths earned the Progress Award, and Blake Hundley was named Rookie of the Year. Fire Chief Travis Cook was recognized for answering the most calls, and Ryan Martin received both the Night Watch Award and the Community Service Award. Bonifay Fire-Rescue expressed gratitude for the hard work and commitment of the department’s members.
