Deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals have taken a subject into custody who was wanted by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
BCSO reports that 36-year-old Johnny Sparks fled from a traffic stop and ran into a wooded area on Wednesday.
A tip on Friday afternoon led HCSO and the U.S. Marshals to a residence just off Red Road in Ponce de Leon, where he was taken into custody.
