Halloween is just around the corner. Here are some spooky events going on this week. 

HCHS Project Graduation Haunted House
The Carn-Evil of Screams is ready to welcome those who dare for Holmes County High School’s Project Graduation haunted house fundraiser. The remaining dates for the experience are Oct. 27, Oct. 28, Oct. 29 and Oct. 31. The doors open at 7 p.m. and last tickets will be sold at 10 p.m. The haunted house is set up at 1169 U.S. 90 in Bonifay. Admission is $15 per person, and only cash is accepted.

Halloween Movie Night and Costume Contest
Waukesha Way is hosting a spooky Halloween movie night and costume contest Saturday, Oct. 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 401 McLaughlin Ave. in Bonifay. This is a free family-friendly event.

Chipley’s annual Trunk or Treat
The City of Chipley is hosting their annual Trunk or Treat from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at Jim Trawick Park. The event is for children newborn to 12 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult and bring their favorite Trunk or Treat bag. The public is asked to park and enter using the main entrance of the park. Additional parking will be available. Attendees are encouraged to use social distancing during the event.
