Class is in session and Old Glory takes center stage

Holmes County Sheriff John Tate and Holmes District Schools Superintendent Buddy Brown conduct a flag retirement ceremony at Bethlehem High School, giving students an opportunity to learn the proper process for retiring the American flag. The ceremony emphasized not only the traditions involved in a dignified retirement, but also the great care, honor and respect afforded to the nation’s colors.
