A 30-year-old Chipley man is in serious condition after a vehicle crash early Friday morning.
The pickup truck driven by a 47-year-old Alabama man was traveling north on State Road 77 and stopped in the left turn lane at County Road 279 at 5:20 a.m. Friday. A Chipley man was driving a sedan south on State Road 77 and crossed the center line, colliding with the front of the pickup truck.
The Chipley man was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries, while the Alabama man and his passenger received minor injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Washington County EMS.
